on my drive to work this morning i noticed my temp gauge going a bit mental!! it would sit at the correct temp for a few moments then flicker around for a bit, then got back to the correct temp for a few seconds before doing it again! Any one know whats going on, or is it just this bloody cold weather again??

cheers jack

I had this on my old 320, and possibly on my touring. It's more than likely the brass nut on the back of the temp gauge, they become loose and cause the needle to jump about a bit. Just pull the instrument cluster out and tighten it up, I'm sure there's an article on how to remove the cluster on here somewhere.
