blue relay????????

hi all . any one know what the blue relay is for on the pasanger side up under the dash. is in my m3 and also my mates 318is any help cheers

That's probably the one fitted on UK models that allows the windows and roof to work with the doors open.
To check, pull it out. The windows and roof shouldn't work at all.

as far as i know mate its for the electric windows. could be wrong but the plug it comes from is direct the the electric window part of the loom. hope this helps.
