Hi

My engine cuts out on roundabouts and tight turns. I dont think its a fuel problem as it always starts first turn afterwards, maybe a loose connection somewhere? Anyone have any idea where to look first?

is it only right hand bends?

does it occur even when the fuel tank is full?

if it only happens when its low, may be something to do with the pump.....

what engine is it? m20's (6cyl) should always have a fuel pressure of between 2.5 and 3 bar...

Maybe check the fuel pressure regulator, to see if its dropping pressure?!

However, if it only occurs when the car is cornering to the right, its more likely to be the pump (in my opinion) sounds like all the fuel is moving to the side of the tank thats away from the pump?!

Double check the connection to the ECU... make sure it's nice and tight. Had a similar prob in a Turbo charged Monster... lost all power and cut out on corners. Turned out to be the ECU connector had come loose.
