steering problem

Hello , i have a slight problem , when i steer about 45 degrees left or right there is a slight click , and occasionally when im driving it almost feels like the steering lock is gonna activate . Can someone tell me what the problem is please , thank you robbo80

could be the ignition switch? remove the steering wheel and check that the pin in the hub will easly dpress when the ingnition is turned to the acessory mode.
