just fitted a zone chip (second hand )seems good but ive got oil light on check panel (oil ok )and my obc the mpg, fuel consumption,etc is showing PPPP,but clock and immobiliser work fine . anybody have any idea wots gone wrong ?thanks if u can help

none of those items are affected by the ECU.

check all power conections in the ECU area , sounds like you've left something loose possibly

oh right maybe unplug it an plug back in again see if makes a diffrence as all ive done was unplug it to remove ?

well my oil warning light is now out ,but anybody know wot the PPPP on the OBC is telling me ??

PPPP means "contact a BMW service station".
Try disconnecting the battery for a while.

just took my clocks out to fix my jumpy temp gauge an it all seems to be working ok now donno why ?but thanx for the help

If you took the clocks out and disconnected its plugs, then are far as the OBC is concerned, you HAVE disconnected the battery.
