I'm currently trying to fit a mongoose exhaust to my 325, the only problem is that the mongoose exhaust has a flange with 2 bolt holes on each pipe, where as my down pipes have flanges which have a 3 hole flange, now the old exhaust was a bit of a lash up of seemingly random bits and pieces.

So is the down pipe off another E30 or am I going to have to just start cutting it up to get it to fit?

Cars and girlfriends have alot in common.
They both make you angry+ make you cry, bleed your wallet + moan when they are old.
But at least the car makes sense!

You can get a brand new downpipe from Euro Car Parts for under £30.
Not worth chopping IMO.
Im pretty sure the later cars had the 2 hole flanges compared to the early cars 3
