Which way do you push the centre bearing on a 325i prop to tension it?

Im sure Ive read somewhere on here that its towards the gearbox, but I might of been reading about the M3 prop, which I know is the opposite way to the 325i one - but I cant remember which way I did my M3 prop either

:thumb: Thanks mate.

Typically, having just posted Ive found the post I was after and yes it is towards the gearbox, by about 3mm. The M3 bearing goes the other way towards the diff.
