Guys - I've always been a bit wary of chips as I've heard far too many sob stories of zero improvement / knackered engines / poorer performance etc......but speaking to Sooty the other day it would appear that there is one sort of chip that you guys are using above all others....
What is it? Is it any good? How much does it cost? Where do I get one??
Thanks!
318iS chips?

it's the zone chip, made by your very own e30 zone. i think its adam who is doing them, or possibly ant. any way send a mail to chips@e30zone.co.uk and i think it should get there.

they don't as there were so many small differences in iS in their short production life. It meant there had to be about 3 different chips for them and getting people to find what car they had proved difficult

I did 5 variations in the end with 3 subtypes of each variant so indeed we put the R+D time £Â£ in there dudes
Omi is currently running a Zone Screamer chip in his IS with no problems whatsoever so maybe you could contact him and compare notes M8?
I'd love to get these back into circulation but its almost impossible without seeing the car and fitting to suit each myself.

So what would you need to know about the car Ant, and what exactly would a screamer chip do?
Cheers,
Robin

My contact details are right here people... Having had a lot of grief with mine I can pretty much tell you everything you need to know on this subject, and Ant can tell you anything I don't know.
Add me to Messenger and we'll chew the cud.

Omi reckons it's great!
I had the chip before him and I had no difference at all... in fact it ran worse if anything.
Karan had it before me, and he had similar results to Omi, which is great.
Like Ant said, it's all down to the car with these iS chips...
