Need advice - my car has had no security fitted to it since new! Its definately a 'virgin' with respect to alarms etc. Since I don't trust that this luck will continue, what do I fit that will keep off the local scum and not mess the car up too much???

If anyone knows or can recommended someone in the NE of england I'd be very grateful!

The Toad AI606 is the dogs danglies. I've never had any bother with Toad alarms but lots of reliability issues with Clifford so I steer well clear of them now.

Call me old fashioned, but I also use a steering wheel lock. It's very visible, and provides an extra deterrant.

Get a system that has a good, proven Cat2 immobiliser, as any alarm wont stop a brick through the window, it will only let you know that it has happened, you want to stop the gits, or at least hamper thier efforts, at driving it away.
