M Tech 2 Bumpers

Hi,

I read the https://www.e30zone.net/e30wiki/index.p ... ar_bumpers on removing the bumper. But can I actually remove the bumper without taking the lower valance off (Skirt). My bodyshop man put the bumpers back on, but the indicators where never connected and one of them is loose and needs a body nut and screwed back in.

Can anyone confirm if that can be done without taking the two pieces off. Also, in my error I am not sure which plug is the indicators. Are they grey or yellow plugs. Same goes for the fog lamps but I have one marked up as fog lamps but it is not the same shape.

Bottom skirt has to come off to get the torc bolts out. The bumper comes off handy enough. The inner part of the bumper has to come off to replace the u nuts that hold the indicators. Very hard to get the exact U nut and the correct screw to suit. I should know better tomorrow.
