Hi guys, need some help.

Plug connection on my m44b19 harness needs re fitting.

Does anyone know how to remove the pins? I’ve tried using tools around the outside of the internal connector but no joy.

Can you buy replacement plugs and pins?

Anyone been successful taking one apart.

Yes, pins are available, not necessarily from BMW, but often in bags of 100 or so. Identifying which ones you want is the art. They are easily removed with the correct tool, but again, the art is to identify that correct tool.
That looks like a fairly common plug on later BMWs and probably other makes, so the easiest route may be to obtain a second hand plug with a reasonable length of wires attached and to do a solder + heatshrink staggered splice back in the wrapped part of the loom.
