I need to do this over the next few weeks so lets have how it is done on your own or with a helper , the car is my daily(E46 cab) so it needs to be off the road as little as possible but will apply to the E30 as well.
Cheers Mart.

i've never done an e46 but i would assume it's the same as an e30, main thing you ant if you are doing it on your own is a gunson ezibleed, about £20 from halfords, pretty easy to use.
if it's got t*ts or wheels it's bound to be trouble...............prove me wrong.

I used to have one of these in the late 1970`s ,glad to know they are still being sold.
Cheers .
Mart.
Only the E46 cab left now.
Just got too old.

Bought and used a gunson ezibleed yesterday from Screwfix £25 cheaper than Halfords. Really easy to use. Took about 30 mins all corners and to push through 500ml of fluid at 15psi. My advice is that the black air pressure tube from the spare to the gunson bottle needs a slight tug out from the bottle to initiate the pressure seal. The Bentley manual said to pressurise at 10 psi so if you do that it may take longer.
