do i purly only!! :stupid: need the description parts in yellow and i will not need to bend my selector rod? and only need to replace one circlip the one that is on the lever side and that is the only side that the rod has to come off it does not need to completly come off?? i will not have to touch the other end of the rod wright???instructions are not very good

What BMW have you got?

Also it depends in the current condition of your linkage, if its really worn then you need to do the whole lot to get the best results. If you just want to reduce the throw then buy the parts in blue.

Then you will need to bend the Rod.
