Quite new to working on cars and need some advice re engine noise!

Just thought the top end sounded a bit tappety

A ticking M20 is nothing to worry about, it's the injectors and they pretty much all do it!

Sounds great and responds well to you opening the throttle from idle!! I'm currently chasing a slight bog that mine has after getting the injectors cleaned and replacing the split intake boot so you've got a sweet setup!!

Check the TPS adjustment.
