Hi guys
Is there a way for us UK guys to see fault codes?
I saw a thread where a guy said you could hook up a small light to the right pins to mimick the missing check engine light. Has anyone done this?
Thought it might help me with my running issue.

Hi Bristol.
non-US ( ie UK/Oz ) vehicles can utilise the stomp test with a 12volt bulb on a pair of fly leads.
For a 325i running motronic 1.3, connect the bulb across pin 15 (grey) of the ECU and the green/white fuse 10
when you switch the ignition on, the bulb will glow.
follow the stomp sequence to observe the output.
normal is a series of flashes : 1 - 4 - 4 - 4
