HI...first cry for help :D

Passenger side mirror is not moving when I switch to adjust.

To test I removed wing mirror and put onto driver side and all motors work as supposed to.

Testing the connector block I get some voltage change on some of the wires but not all..Not sure what I should see.

I can hear a click when operating the up/down so a relay is moving somewhere deep in the dash

Any advice what to check/replace...Is the switch possibly the culprit?

Thanks

Unfortunately the cabling from the control switch goes through the door-jamb multi plug on the drivers side, then through the same on the passenger door - C404 and C405.

Peel back rubber boot, squeeze the two plastic flaps to release the plug.

It's extremely likely that the pins are corroded which stops the proper functioning of the passenger mirror.

Open the plugs and clean the offending pins and sockets with switch cleaner, pay attention to pins 5, 6 and 7 on the drivers side ( these are: mirror/mirror and clutch ( the clutch actuates to make the up down movement) and pins 1, 2 and 3 on the passenger side.

When re assembling, fit the rubber boot over the male plug and make sure it is seated correctly before pushing back together.
