Hi I've still got my high hcs but I'm gonna
Try the cam settings
I have a Kent cam bm63 cam fitted
And I've ordered the veriner pulley
On Kent cams it say ltdc 1.57mm inlet
What does that mean
Do I turn the veriner cam 1.57mm toward the inlet or exhaust

At TDC the inlet valve is opening. You turn the vernier which ever way gives a lift on the inlet of 1.57mm at that point.
Not clear whether that is measured at the valve itself or the cam, so you'll need to check on that.

I would find the crank degree corresponding to 1.5mm valve lift point on opening side and again the crank angle corresponding to 1.5mm valve lift on closing side . Once you have those two numbers adjust the cam so the midpoint occurs at ~108 degrees ATDC . This will set the ICL to 108 which is a good number. You'll probably find the cam will need to be advanced a few degrees to achieve this.

The alternative is to set the vernier at 0 and this should give same setting as oem gear. Then you go to dyno and adjust 2degrees at a time until it makes most power. This will take a few trips to dyno. I would advance the cam a little at a time as a first step then try the other way to retard it

Also make sure you have enough clearance between valve and piston
