crome bumper 325i not start.

my 325i is not starting. fuel present, coil good n got electric but not earth. if i turn off the igntion then got earth but if i turn i on then no earth supply. is the coil earth wir got any rely behind the glove box? pls help.
thks bro for the infor. the 2 sensor on the bell housing is new. i fitted few months ago not even 1 year. n ecu i replace it wit a used i bought it from ebay a year ago. but the way any one k.ow gow to repair ecu here? i will pay all the cost.
