Hi.

I am looking to fit a thinner radiator to my E30 325i (Facelift) to get more clearance for fan options with S50 conversion.

I have heard that a E24 radiator can work. What modifications if any need to be done to make this Fit into an E30 Facelift?

Getting hoses to fit neatly without kinking might be an issue. Just use an S50 rad and an electric pusher fan mounted in front of the rad.

I used an s50 rad also.
I replied to your prop question also but i guess you dont need one.
