i VE JUST BEEN TRYING TO REPLACE MY TRAILING ARM BUSHES WITH POWERFLEX ONES BUT I AM STUCK........... YOU PUSH THE TWO HALVES OF THE BUSHES INTO THE METAL ARM AND THEN PUSH THE STAINLESS BAR THROUGH THE CENTER.
I HAVE NOW TRIED THIS A MILLION TIMES AND EVERY TIME THE BAR PUSHES THE BUSH OUT OF THE END!
CAN ANYONE HELP?

Squeeze the whole lot in a clamp or vice. Not hard, just enough to pop the sleeve over the inner edge.

You could also pop out the offending bush and round the edges with a craft knife..

Tried a g clamp and I rounded the edges but this didnt make any difference, it doesnt want to go together, eventhough powerflex say you dont need any vices or presses to fit them

you dont need a vice, and a clamp wont work

Did mine on Sunday by sticking the poly bit in as you have, then putting loads of loob on the metal bush (not the crud supplied)

Then lift the arm up so one end of the poly bush is on a frim hard surface, get a mallet and smash away, it will slide in fine

remember they only fit in one way as well!!!
