Interior Lights / Bulbs ?

I want to buy some new bulbs for my rear interior lights
I'm not sure on the size / any spec of the bulb so I was also hoping someone could help me there.
saves me walking out in the rain

Also what lighting do you guys have in your E30?
Ive seen like standard bulbs, LEDs, Xenon and other coloured bulbs. Which are best and where sells the best quality?

10w torpedo type, I have tried led replacements (eBay) and they lasted 5 min!
