318i to 325i conversion no spark on no2 plug

Hi there all I have just done a engine swap on my e30 from a 318i to a m20 325i got it up and running out of a running car but the cars not running right misfire slightly but on inspection I have seen number 2 plug ain't sparking what can it be I have put a new lead on makes no difference. Any ideas ??

If you're certain it's not the lead, then it's either a cracked or broken distributor cap, or a failed spark plug.
