body work help/advice needed please

Hey guys I'm new to the site.. I bought an 89 325i sport as a project.. As expected there is a few rust issues.. But the more I dug in the more I found.. The will are starting to crumble.. Is there anyway of getting the strength back into them? Secondly the d/s/r inner arches are rotted. Is there any place I can purchase new repair panels? Any help or advice will be great thanks:)
