Quick question guys, noticed lately that the drivers seat on the Touring is starting to twist towards the rear seat ( had same problem on the 2 dr 318i I had ). Anyone got any tips on fixing it as its getting worse and to be honest when I'm "playing" in the 325 I could do with sitting comfortably !!!!!

Bracket won't have snapped unless one of the screws has worked loose. If one side is loose, the other side has double the normal load on it, and is being twisted, so quickly fails.
MOT test failure, so needs to be sorted.

^^ had that with a sport seat I picked up recently, seems to be a lot more common on sport seats.
