bonnet cable snapped

As above, what is the easiest way to get the bonnet open.

Put a flat head screwdriver in the hole in the top of the right hand side grill and you can pop the catch manually

Yes! Keep meaning to make a cover plate of some sort for mine. Worryingly easy once you know how.
