I have a bmw E30 318is 1990,

I need help removing my quarter glass!
They are fixed windows and i want to change them to pop out windows but cant figure out how to remove them i have searched everywhere!

Any help would be much appreciated!

been a while since I did this but I'm sure you remove part of the window rubber then apply pressure from inside I used my feet, make sure you have someone on the other side the catch the window when it pops out

I thought that need to fold enough of it back tho to get it out!

I think there may be some bolts too, behind the large piece of window trim

Ive took the inner trim out and undone the 2 8mm nuts but it didnt budge so im not sure. I will try folding the rubber back and pushing it out and see what happens!
