Hi there all I've just picked one of my e30s up from the Bodyshop today gone to the car to stay and it just won't had it run for a few secs that's all then it died, it's turns fine there's spark and fuels getting through too. Could it be injectors or loom or does anyone else have a clue plz

A good bodyshop will have disconnected the battery negative before doing any work. If left unconnected, the ECU will lose its settings and will have to relearn how to run the car.

Give it a few more tries to get it started, but not too much or the engine will flood. Once it is going, however lumpy, just leave it to idle for ten minutes, then shut it off, restart, and take it for a serious hoon - drive it like you stole it. That should get it back to proper working order.

If you really can't get it started then look around the rubber pipework for loose connections or splits in the hoses - holes in the intake system can prevent these cars from starting.

Check the fuel pump relay. Could also be worth spraying carb or brake cleaner down the throttle body while cranking it over...
