how to test if my fuel pump gone bad as it says in the title cheers

Bridging pins 30 and 87 on the fuel pump relay socket with a piece of wire will make the pump run continuously. This is just a starting point, if the pump still doesn't run it doesn't mean it's dead.

Then take the plug off of the pump and connect a 12 volt 21W bulb
(indicator or brake light bulb) in place of the pump. If that lights at full brightness, then that means its dead.
