Engine mount change

ello, I have broken one of my engine mounts so as there cheap think i might change them both anyone done this before how easy any tips etc thanks...

It's really not a hard job at all. You just need to unbolt the engine mounts at the top and bottom, raise the engine up off the mounts with an engine hoist, and replace with new units. Shouldn't take more than an hour or two.

hi mate, didnt really chat proper with u at lakeside!
ive done this a few times as i tend to get thru mounts......
just raise the front of the car on stands and undo the top and bottm bolts on the mounts, then lift the engine with a jack from the sump (i put a piece of wood in between to spread the load across the sump. then take out old and put in new.
easy job!! literally takes half an hr
