My friends power roof went bang (literally) some time ago & now they're finally getting around to fixing it.
One of the rods on the right hand side that push/pull the roof has bent 90 degrees then snapped. Can anyone with a power roof take a photo of the two rods that run from the rear pivot forward to the roof mechanism. I'm struggling to see where the broken one should attach.
We think the roof frame may have twisted & jammed while the the motor kept pushing, forcing the rod to bend before finally snapping.

These are the parts.

I've had a look through my library of pics, but don't have any showing the rods connected to the roof end (these are the ones you're after right?).
I'll take one tonight, if no one posts something up in the meantime.

I've got two pics for you Andy. I'll post them first thing in the morning. I thought I'd be able to upload from my mobile photobucket, but obviously I cannot..
In the meantime, rod #3 should have a swivel joint on the end of it. This then connects to the middle lever in the pic you posted. The second one in if you count from the right.
