I hope you put alittle bit of Loctite on the 4 bolts.
If you can't torque them up, it helps, as they have been know to work loose.

I can vouch for this.. as I found the source of my clunking sound when shifting was due to one of these suckers completely coming out, and the other about 3/4 there
