soo.......
I have a 316i and i bought coilovers and they didn't fit my 316 front legs so i bought 325 shocks and brakes so the coil over would insert inside it, i put them on yesterday and me and my mate thought it was going to be ridiculously low, when we lowered the jacks, the car has stayed at a raised level (i can get my fist init)!!! and looks like its been raised, i dont know what to do now or what it is and would like some help thanks

you most likely have the platforms (collar) that the spring sits on set at its highest level.
normally coil overs are adjustable, and come with a tool to do this(looks like a large spanner), did they not come with instructions?
what coilovers are they?

First off lets use some reason here. a 316 engine weighs much MUCH less than a large 6 cylinder 2.5 litre. This means that in order for the 6 bangers to sit the same and handle aswell as the 4 cylinders, the shochs and springs need to be much stiffer and harder to compress. Your puny little 1.6 motor doesnt weigh enough to push the springs and shocks down as much as the 2.5 would
Secondly if theyr new coils they will take a while to bed in. Buy some 316 lowering springs or adjustable inserts for your 316 struts or its going to ride high like that unless you follow nobbys advice and stick a bigger block in

Have you moved the car since you took the jacks away? Cars need movement to settle the suspension.
