rear headrests

how do you remove the rear headrests from the bench and remove the headrest fitting kit?

Saloon?

Pull the seat away from the body at the top then you'll see it all behind.

The headrests themselves just pull up and out.

Touring is a little more complex but not much.

convertible. i tried pulling them out but they seem stuck.

Undo the 2 nuts either side at the bottom (with door cards removed) amd pull and LIFT.

That removes the whole seat back. Head rests should just pull straight up and out with the seat back in place. Need to be pulled upwards fast to get them out.
