rear seat removal

afternoon, i have started stripping the seat from my 320i, and i cant for the life of me figure out how the rear seat back comes out. i cant see any bolts or fixings for it. could someone point me in the correct direction please. cheers scott.
To the sides at the bottom, there will be two metal tabs that come out and attach to the rear quater, usually hidden by a flap of fabric from the trim in the rear. The seat bench has to come out to see them. Once you've found the two bolts and undo them. Push the seat back up. Be careful not to damaget the trim.
