ABS Light??

Hi Folks..

My 87 sport has been in storage for 18mths, i fired it up at the weekend and the ABS light is lit?

Any ideas..

Car is driving 100%..

Is the light staying on from turning the ignition on or is it coming back on after you have pulled off/gone above 10Mph ?

most likely dirt/corrosion on the pickups give the sensors and pickups a clean

Bullit if you explain how the abs light is coming on it would help us help you.

Right...
Does the light come on when you have the ignition on?
Does the light go out when you start the car or does it stay on?
If the light went out when you started the car does it go on when you reach a particular speed(5mph probably)?

The more info you give the more chance we have of helping

Q1 Yes..

Q2 Light stays on..

I will check the sensors and clean the pickups..
