Removal of sensor on rear brakes

Just been trying to remove the rear trailing arms and I am unsure how to remove the sensor in the picture below, so just looking for some advice on how to do so...

Soak it in wd40, leave it a while. Then remove the 5mm allen screw and then pull the sensor out. The shaft of the sensor is metal so it might be a bit bonded to the hub with corrosion, just try and twist it left and right, it will come out with little effort. Don't yank on the cable itself.!

Do you actually need to remove the (ABS) sensor, or is it just that you can't remove the arm because of the lead?
If the latter, lift up the rear seat cushion, unplug the round white two pin plug and socket, and push it down through the seat pan.

it's the easiest way
I did the same, when we were changing bushes ;)

Thanks guys, well I will just unplug it for now then, I have not yet looked in to what I am going to do about the ABS as I am switching to 5 stud at present but also switching to an M60 lump so I need to suss out the impact of changing the ECU ect. more research to be done!
