Hi,
I have a small leak in the front passenger side footwell. The sunroof drain pipe is fine as I got at the end of the pipe behind the speaker and water is flowing out from it. When the water drains down the pipe it does not exit from the car. Where is the exit point exactly & whats the best way to free it out?
Thanks

The exit points are underneath the car one on each side. Best way to check if the sunroof drains are okay is to take the carpet out of the car pour water into the sunroof drains and see if it flows out or gathers inside the cabin. Also worth taking the glovebox out and checking if the area where the wiring loom comes through isn't leaking pour water in the scuttle and see if water comes through.

There is a vertical flange at the bottom of each sill, where its welded to the inner sill and floorpan. At three (IIRC) points along each sill, the inner sill and floorpan are shaped to leave a slot about an inch long. These are the drains.

Only time I've come across blocked ones is where some muppet has been let loose with Schultz type underseal.
