Drivers side lock jammed

Hi,

The drivers side lock has jammed along with the central locking module failing.
Passenger side door & boot open up freely but do not activate the central locking.
I have recently changed the actuators for both doors and boot and they worked ok until now when the driver's side lock has jammed.
The key turns anti clockwise but not clockwise at all.
Would someone please advice on this issue?

Also I would appreciate if someone knowledgeable close to North West London will be able to look into this as the lock system issue has been quiet persistent and I would like someone experienced to look into this please.
I understand there will be costs involved and I will be happy to reimburse for the time.
