Heater first, it all works loverly nice and hot etc, but ive noticed in the warmer weather if i turn the heater down a nats then it goes completly cold through the upper vents although the windscreen and feet ones are still nice and warm any ideas?
Secondly the headlights, anyone have a diagram or pictures of how there meant to be mounted as mine are a bit of a dogs dinner with various different fittings also are headlight wipers n washers a mot fail?

That's what it's supposed to do, but not just down from full heat. Headlamp wipers and washers are not a testable item ( at least they're not if you don't have HIDs), but since you own a BMW, they should work.
