Replace Passenger side glass / door replace ?!

Alrite guys

Just wondering how easy it is to repalce the passenger side glass (main window now the triangle) on a 89 325i Cab ? and how easy is it to find the replacement glass? or am I best just getting an auto-glass company to come and do it for me?

Or seeing as neither door glass seems to fit properly, am I best just replacing both doors? The locks are playing up too so that might get two birds with one stone.

Any suggestions on companies and/or places to find parts?

Its my daily car so need to get it done asap really
