325 valve clearance

hi to all new to the site looks good can any one help ive been told the valve clearances are both 0.25 or 10 dont seem right to me can any one please help many thanks ss6p

0.25mm for the kids, or 10 thou' (1/1000 inch) for the more senior amongst us.
