what engine have you fitted?
has it been bleed up properly?
have you got the heater pipes the correct way round? ( the pipe from the back of the head should go to the bottom pipe on the bulkhead )
wheres the temp sitting?

Hello the engine is a m52
It has been running sweet just no heat !
The heater temp is sitting at the front where the top hose sits.
I will double check that the pipes are in the right way, :D  thanks.

I bet the pipes have been installed the wrong way round to the heater matrix.
If that's been done, you may have damaged the matrix valve too. :?
