how to fit coilovers

recently i bought coilovers from ebay payed about £200 for them and i would like to no how to fit them . i had a temp im having trouble removing the damper from the bottom i got the top out can anyone help

how to remove front shock absorber from housing

there is a lock ring that screws in to the inside of the housing but over the strut body, there often tight so spraw some wd on and let it soak in for ten minutes
