Some help please ladsm I am doinf=g a cylinder head job on my 1991 325 i and I now need to strip the cylinder head, what valve spring compressor do I need to strip the cylinder head?

This or similar. Don't be tempted by the smaller cheaper version, it's not up to the task.

I have now got the clinder head off and trying to strip it, I have loosened all the eccentrics and most of the rocker arms are loose, except for two, which are still sitting very tightly against the camlobes and the valves, how can I supress these two valve springs to release the tension on the cam lobes in order to remove the cam shaft?

Support the cylinder head in such a way that the valves are free to move.

Then rotate the cam until the cam lobes are facing away from the rockers.
