Any ideas what this could be the car shudders when pulling away on clutch bite (worse when reversing) and when i change gear it knocks a bit. Feels like its coming from the middle/rear of the car.
I changed all the rear bushes very recently so it cant be any of them, checked the bush in the lsd and that looks ok and the engine mounts are fine!

Any suggestions?

cheers Max

I would say either the clutch is worn or the slave cylinder has been leaking for a while and has got on to the friction plate and is causeing it to juder

Can also be caused by a over heated pressure plate and small cracks forming in the flywheel face caused by attempts to do burn outs and riding the clutch in traffic queues.

Skimming the flywheel and a new clutch fixes it, if you have a dual-mass flywheel its an expensive visit to the stealers.
