I recently chipped my ecu by using a chip from Atech
After installation everything was fine, but last 2 days, its been kangooring, and rough on idle. Shaking side to side, and hunting. However it clears after 1000 rpm.
Ant told me to adjust my afm setting, and told me to adjust it by 1 whole turn.
Which way do i turn the setting nut and also do I need to reset the tps settings.
M20 AFM setting, chip install

Counter clockwise will lean the mixture if you're running rich, I wouldn't suggest for one moment that you do this without having a gastester up it's ars*, and by this I don't mean a british gas employee!!!
Seriously though I would only adjust with a tester measuring the exhaust gases.
I did mine last weekend, I set it to 1% CO, adjusting just a quarter of the turn reduced it to nearer 0.6%.

the adjustment srew should be under this cap(no. 2 on pict)

the more opened this skrew is, the more lighter your mixture is(more air, less fuel).
I dont know your chip settings so I'm not sure, will it need more air or fuel..
fix the screw present position start the engine and start turning this screw slowly on clockwise and opposite..you should hear the engine running more smoothly once..
hope it helps
