Rear end torque settings / Anti roll bar query

I am about to put back in the rear end of my 316i. Can anyone tell me what to torque the following bolts to :

1 The two axle carrier nuts

2 Diff bolts onto axle carrier

3 Diff bushing bolt

4 The four trailing arm bolts

5 The half shaft star bolts onto diff

6 Prop shaft onto diff bolts

Prop shaft to gearbox bolts

Could I also ask is the rear anti roll bar compulsory for MOT as this 316i i have does not have one which seems to have been removed at some stage by a previous owner

ARB is not compulsary for MOT. There's a chance it didn't come with one from factory.
