gear change prbblem

ive just gone out in the car and evetytime i went into 3rd the lever felt astho it was going into 1st but after it warmed up on the motorway everything was ok again? any ideas

My gearbox is a little stiff in this cold weather too, I'm not worried about it though.

if this happens usually using ATF fluid instead of normal box oil helps dramatically, it is quite common for e30's to be hard get int 2nd when cold also 3rd.

if it has suddenly happened you may have some slight wear in a synchro/selector but try a fluid change.

it is cold out though, i feel stiff taking the dog for a walk!
