Will that combination work? I am just mapping out what i would like to do to the suspension.

I would like to use the H&R 60/40 cup kit with the offset M3 top mounts. Couple that with the H&R sways, a full set of power flex bushes and possibly the aluminum M3 lower front control arms and the suspension would be complete for me.

Yes, you can use the offset top mounts with regular E30 suspension components.

Don't however assume that all M3's were fitted with them. Infact I don't believe any M3 left the factory with them fitted as standard.

These offset top mounts are correctly called 'camber correction' mounts, and were introduced to correct slight camber mis-alignments after an accident etc. They can give either half a degree positive or half a degree negative camber than the standard mounts (depending on which way around you mount them).

C3 BMW are about the cheapest place to get them from.
