Are M-tech 1 kits for pre-face lift and tech 2 for face lift models?

Cheers mate, yeah I heard pre face-lift and face lift bumpers werent interchangable but wasnt sure if tech 1 and 2 were just for the face lift or not.
Are tech 1 kits still easy enough to get hold of? I see a fair few tech 2 kits for sale
